Eric Phelps is the founder of Sister Kitten Animal Rescue and a self-identified cat lady. With a decades-long career in animal rescue, Eric has worked with nonprofit organizations across the country to build community cat programs, lead rapid response efforts, and educate the public on a range of animal rights and rescue issues. His family includes twelve cats and many more fosters.
Caitlin Campbell serves as SKAR board director and has worked or volunteered with animal rescue organizations for over 15 years. She is a self-employed writer and consultant specializing in brand development, digital strategy, and content creation. She doesn’t have any full-time cat family members at the moment (an admitted flaw), but she and her daughter live with a pit bull, chihuahua, and occasional foster kittens.
